Existence Ragnarok Online
New Ragnarok Client Status:
Ragnarok Weapons: New weapons have been added old weapon's have had there sprites fixed removed some useless files that where missing.
Ragnarok Headgears: Added all current headgears from KRO, IRO, jro, twro, cro rebuild the list with our customs fixed some broken headgears with new ones.
Ragnarok Custom Pets: The missing custom pets where added back into the client files waiting on the status of an update to see if its ok to add more custom pets to the list.
Ragnarok Palettes: The palettes for many of the 3rd classes where not coloring characters properly for the first 50 or so colors custom ones have been made to fix this problem.
Ragnarok Hairstyles: Fixed the problems with some hairstyles showing color under the eye's for certain styles. Fixed some act problems with the styles which looked like the head was flying off. Also replaced a style or two which just was ugly with a better style and added some newer styles in the process.
Ragnarok textures: The textures for the new weapons and items have been added into the client and are now finished.
Unfinished Client edits:
Color Palettes: Kagerou & Oboro need to have color palettes finished for them process is started need to merge into the client.
New hairstyles: Need to have palettes added for them.
Need to test and verify the at everything is working and that there are no other problems with the newer client version.
Ragnarok Renewal Updates:
Extended Banking & Storage: This feature has been successfully rewritten by our developer and added into rathena.
CTF (Capture The Flag): This feature has been successfully rewritten and added by our developer into rathena it does however need to be tested to make sure there are no other bugs that have been missed.
Mortal Kombat Arena: This feature has been sucessfully rewritten and added back into the svn.
Renewal Works in progress:
Our Unique PVP System: This is being merged and rewritten its not currently finished but it is in progress.
Class skills: We are still waiting for two classes skills to be added as of yet but most of what is there is much closer to renewal then the current server. And with the continuing help of our Renewal testers we will continue to get closer to the ideal renewal for our main server.
Existence Ragnarok Online Test Server Updates:
- Fixed Randomize Spell not casting the skills properly. (bugreport:5480)
- Fixed Deep Sleep not being removed by status effects etc, bugreport:5475
- Fixed bugreport:5462, Cursed Circle target is no longer able to move.
- Also Fixed Cursed Circle effect not going off if status is ended normally.
- Fixed bugreport:5466 Wug Strike now works as it should
- Fixed bugreport:5385 soul collect skill now takes in account if its under raising dragon state in order to boost amount of spheres it may summon
- Fixed bug with Sacrifice, Triple Attack and SC_MAGICALATK stopping the character from attacking if either missed.
- Fixed bugreport:5445 Severe Rainstorm skill now takes arrow element in account
- Fixed bugreport:5486, now a more friendly message is displayed upon skill fail when you do not have enough of the required ammo.
- Fixed bugreport:5357 Neutral Barrier is now working accordingly.
- Fixed Mechanic Stealth Field to move accordingly and grant proper effect
- Fixed bugreport:5356 Shadow Shaser's Shadow Form. Skill now redirects damage properly and is removed upon either caster or target leaving skill range
- Fixed bugreport:5355 Shadow Chaser's Auto Shadow Spell is now fully functional.
- Fixed bugreport:5208 Royal Guard's Force of Vanguard icon no longer goes negative.
- Fixed the damn broken combo code. Fixed Fallen Empire and Dragon Combo (part of bugreport:5358) and applied some more of my curly brace love
- Fixed Sura Gentle Touch Energy Gain, bugreport:5358, now it gives you proper spheres
- Fixed Sura Crescent Elbow (part of bugreport:5358), it now reflects properly.
- Fixed Sura's Gentle Touch Revitalize Vit bonus, (part of bugreport:5358)
- Fixed bugreport:5344 break fall's dodge combo may be only be used with fly kick now
- Fixed bugreport:5411 Shield Bommerang (Rapid Smitting), in renewal now takes weapon in account plus it weapon element (no longer forced-neutral).
- Fixed bugreport:5324 Elemental Sword bautospellonskill recursion is now fully functional
- Fixed bugreport:3574 Ice Walls finally are able to stop mobs chasing caster, and they now act as walls meaning mobs will not turn around to attack you unless they were already chasing you
- Shield Bommerang takes weapon element only until it calculates its damage against target, from there on (dmg reduction calculation) it uses neutral.
- Follow up r15777, reworked skill_icewall_block so that it stops any attacks against anyone who got blocked off the wall, not only caster. Modified iw block algorithim on mob_ai_sub_hard_activesearch
- Added the missing Fixed Casting Time support.
- Fixed Super Novices mentral strength so that they may ressurect in gvg maps w/o being kicked out. bugreport:1988
- Fixed bugreport:2564 da scenario: mage casts firebolt on professor with doublecasting+maya, if reflected, the fire bolt would trigger double casting. no longer happens (bug fixed).
- Fixed bugreport:1551 causing coma on monsters now grants you your-fully-deserved exp.

Control Panel updates:

Item and mob database have been update to show the proper rate for each items in the server.
-
added a "remember me" so you dont have to log in all the time.
-
added images to mob database.

We found a fix the problems with windows 7 and Vista where UAC and not having the proper privilages affected player's clients.
Problems like:
loggin off and getting lau error
shortcut keys not saving
cant login to the server
patcher gives error and wont start.
these are just a couple off the top of my head.
The solution is basically not to install game in the "program files" directory.
For everyone that doesn't want to redownload the client. But are still having issues with this. You can simply cut and paste you EXRO folder to main directory of c:/
example c:/games/EXRO/.
Then you have to change the location where the shortcut points to.
OR you can simply redownload the client. Which contains new directory and all the KRO and Existence Ragnarok Online updates till today.
Note Windows XP user can use the new client it wont affect XP user either way.

I know your wondering what has the admin team been up to with the new features options so were gonna show you something new that is in the testing phase.
This program is called RCX some people might have heard of it before maybe even used it basicly its an addon to the game which allows things like tracking exp buffs and such and other features like that.
log - Displays the login windows and everything RCX processed
ALL- Displays all the monsters that are attacked on your screen
Mob info choose where the mob info apears
MobHP- choose where the hp displays the opponets
PetState- shows loyalty and the hunger of your pets
BBE - bowling bash effect lines (they appear in red /blue in the screenshots)
CS - shows how far others can see what you write
<3> switches the lines and how transparent they appear
M2E shows floor effects songs or casts when your runing into the picture
EXP/H calc reset- shows the exp and calculations and resets them
CPU Cooler- seems to be broken and causes client crash
you can notice below it tracks buffs as well as self buffs like recover sp also tracks fps and your personal lag

If you haven't noticed yet we have a blog section http://www.existence...ndex.php/blogs/ It would be ideal if you want to talk about ragnarok or things in game it would help rank wise but if you don't have anything approprate to talk about it might not be a good idea to post it you can also use it for private things too. Wanted to just let everyone know that its usable.

As many of you who have been around already know, and for the new members who are just joining us, Velvet and Fafnir work very hard to bring you the absolute best server experience imaginable. But of course, nothing can please everybody. So, instead of bombarding the them on the forums with your complaints about how something is or something you don't agree with, please send a private message to one of the forum moderators (like myself) and if we can't provide you with a response to your problem, then we will bring it up to them personally in an organized fashion.
